Pros:
I'm very impressed with the NETVUE Security Camera. Setting it up was quite easy once I actually read the directions :). The image quality is good in full light and very good night vision. The app works really well, and handles both this camera and my existing Netvue doorbell. I've found they're continually updating the app as well, so if you run into any issues I'd expect them to get addressed. Controls changing the direction of the camera are reliable and responsible. My only complaint is that I can't tilt the camera very far downward. And so, as I have it sitting about 3 feet high with a relatively short distance away from the area I want to monitor (maybe 8 feet), I can't see quite as much as I'd like. But overall really good. If any quality issues arise, I'll update my review.
Cons:
For now, I am going to use NETVUE Security Camera in my mudroom to monitor my dogs when I am home or at night when I do not want to disturb them. I didn't realize I could control the pan and tilt with my phone and that works great. I am disappointed that a black camera with a white cable and plug. It is not as discreet that way when I want to move it to another room. Seems to be like it should come with black. I was a little tricky setting it up but I got great tech support via chat. So far so good. I have yet to figure out setting the time for motion detection. It doesn't seem to move more than 1.
